The toast will raise itself from the machine halfway through the cycle, enabling curious folk to check on its progress. The “A Bit More” switch is perfect for those who want a little bit extra of browning. Breville equipment isn’t cheap though, as the two slice version will retail for $130 while the four slice model is going for $230.
